Can you use other brands of lighter fluid to fill a Zippo lighter?

In the instructions for refilling it says "Fill only with Zippo fluid" in red print. Does Zippo require a higher quality lighter fluid to light or can I use a different brand?|||Use any brand that's meant for lighters. It doesn't matter if it's Zippo or not.
