Whats the difference in different classes of Zippo lighers?

My friend bought me a zippo lighter and said it has class A everything with a class C case and claims it costed around 100 dollars. How can i tell if it is a class A and whats the difference compared to a normal zippo?|||zippos are all the same inside u pay for the case basically|||http://www.zippoclick.com/collecting/dateCodes.aspx
