I am Fifteen and i want to buy a zippo lighter for my mum for her birthday, however i was not sure whether or not i could buy in a shop as i am under the smoking and buying tobacco age.
Any help would be appreciated.|||Some places will tell you that it is smoking paraphernalia and won't sell you a zippo and other places will be glad to make a sale.
If someone says no it doesn't mean stop it means try again.|||i believe you can buy a lighter at any age
